Support Call

If you need to connect with your customers to offer them one-on-one support, this event type will help you resolve their issue quickly and keep your SLAs.

What event is this?

  • Event name: Support Call
  • Location: Zoom or GoToMeeting integration or another conference link
  • Description/Instructions: A member of our support team will give you a call to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing

When can people book this event?

  • Event duration: 30 min
  • Date range: Indefinitely
  • Availability: M–F 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Advanced
    • Availability Increments: 30 min
    • Minimum scheduling notice: 0 hours
    • Event buffers: 5 min after

Invitee questions

  • Question: What is the best phone number to reach you?
    • Answer type: Phone Number
  • Question: Please describe the issue you are experiencing.
    • Answer type: Multiple Lines
  • Question: We often request remote control access into the application to resolve issues. Please check here to give consent for a support rep to use a remote control session.
    • Answer type: Checkboxes

This is a one-on-one event type customized for a customer success or account manager to get customers’ accounts set up and customized and to give them product training. To get even more value, try integrating with a Zapier account to create easy integrations with apps like Slack, Trello and Zendesk.

    • Minimum scheduling notice: 6 hours
    • Event buffers: 15 min after

  • Date range: 30 rolling days
  • Availability: Lunch hour, 5:00–6:30pm 4:00–6:00pm on Fridays
  • Advanced
    • Availability Increments: 30 min
    • Event max per day: 1
    • Minimum scheduling notice: 24 hours
    • Event buffers: None
