Your invitees can now add guests to the Calendly events they schedule with you

Our latest product update ensures that all necessary participants are included in your meeting

Meetings are most successful when all of the right people are included, informed and prepared. We’re committed to making that even easier for you. Now, as your invitee schedules a meeting with you, they will be able to add guests to the event—right from Calendly.

 

Previously, invitees could forward the calendar invitation to additional guests after the meeting was scheduled. We’re simplifying the experience by enabling them to add participants’ emails within Calendly. Additional guests will receive the notifications and reminders you’ve set up in Calendly, helping to ensure that all participants show up on time and prepared for the most effective meeting.

Say “goodbye” to surprise meeting guests. Now, you can keep track of all the participants added to your meetings in your Calendly dashboard, so you’re as prepared as possible for every meeting.
