How Sonar used Calendly’s API to streamline the appointment workflow for its customers

Choosing the right online scheduling API

Prior to assessing its options, Sonar conducted research among its customer base. The team found that many customers were already relying on scheduling apps integrated within their Google and Outlook calendars to book meetings, and the majority were using Calendly.   3. View a complete funnel analysis to understand where most customers drop off and make optimizations for future. Is it that customers never click the Calendly link? Is it that they click, but don’t pick a time? Is it that they pick a time but don’t show? The data no longer stops once they hit send.
